Henry Cormier

Henry Cormier, age 79, of Grants Pass, died Saturday, December 20, 2014 at his home.

No services are planned. Hull & Hull Funeral Directors are in charge of arrangements.

Henry was born May 4, 1935 in Salt Lake City, Utah and grew up in Southern California. For 27 years he served in the Army National Guard and retired in 1990 as a Sgt Major (SGM), his field of expertise was in the intelligence department. During that time he also owned and operated a lumber company for over ten years in Southern California. In 1997 he moved from Lake Arrowhead, California to Grants Pass.

Henry was a 32nd Degree Mason.

His hobbies included carpentry and woodworking, especially toy making. He also enjoyed watching sports.

Survivors include his wife of 17 years, Mary Cormier of Grants Pass; three sons, Jeff Cormier of North Carolina, Chris Cormier of Southern California and Peter Cormier of Virginia; a stepson, Rich Rejniak of Kansas; and six grandchildren, Melissa, Emily, Molly, Patrick, James and Ethan.
