Former Grants Pass resident, George William Stanger, age 76, of Lindon, Utah died Friday, January 31, 2020 at his home.
George served in the Army and the Red Cross in various areas including Vietnam.
Survivors include his brother Davis J. Stanger of Portland, sister Norma Stanger Shipp of Orem, Utah, brother Phillip Stanger of Grants Pass, and many nieces and nephews.
Military funeral honors will be at 2:00 p.m., Friday, February 14, 2020 at Eagle Point National Cemetery.
