Frances Louise Erickson

Frances Louise Erickson, age 95, of Grants Pass, died Sunday, April 15, 2007 at Royale Gardens Health and Rehabilitation Center

A viewing will be held from 8:30 am to service time Saturday, April 21, 2007. Memorial services will began at 10:00 am, Saturday, April 21, 2007 at Hull & Hull Chapel.

Frances was born March 3, 1912 in Portales, New Mexico to Charles and Sadie Greathouse. On May 5, 1939, she married Donald D. Erickson in Los Angeles, California. She was an artist and enjoyed working with oils and water colors. In 1946 she moved from Los Angeles California to Grants Pass.

She was a member of Church of the Brethren and the Rogue Gem and Geology Club.

Hobbies included rose gardening, working in the yard and getting together with the Bible Study Group.

Survivors include her daughter, Janet Spliethof of Grants Pass; 6 grandchildren and 11 great-grand children.

Preceding her in death was her husband, Donald D. Erickson in 1994; daughter, Yvonne DeGraffenreid in 1985; and granddaughter Renee Hull in 2006.
