Frances Leigh

Frances Leigh, age 92, of Grants Pass, died Thursday, November 18, 2010 at Providence Medford Medical Center.

Private services will be held at Hawthorne Memorial Gardens. Hull & Hull Funeral Directors are in charge of arrangements.

Frances was born February 21, 1918 in Chicago, Illinois to Joseph & Anna (Kolak) Miloski. She lived in Los Angeles for many years before moving to Seattle where she lived for 25 years and retired from Boeing. She moved to Grants Pass eight years ago.

She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

She volunteered with several Food Banks and dedicated her life to doing charity work. Frances especially enjoyed quilting and made many lap quilts for local nursing homes. She made cloth bags to carry items on walkers for nursing home residents. She loved to uplift others.

Survivors include a daughter, Lindalee Julander of Grants Pass; three sisters; three grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
