Evelyn M. Weibel

Eveyln M. Weibel of Grants Pass died at her home May 17, 2015.

A service will be held on Friday, May 29th at 1 p.m. at Hull & Hull, 612 NW 'A' Street, Grants Pass.

Born in Chicago, Ill. on Nov. 11, 1928 to Earl and Mercedes Ace. Evelyn and her husband, Robert Weibel, moved from Simi Valley, Calif. to Sunny Valley, Ore. in 1974 with their children.

She worked for Litton Guidance and Control. After retirement she kept busy doing things she loved. One of her favorite things was playing 'Santa Claus'. Her house became a winter wonderland.

Family and friends were very important to her. She loved talking to everyone, and was very friendly, even with strangers. She also enjoyed swimming, horseback riding, reading, river rafting, traveling and gardening.

She donated to many animal charities. Her favorite four legged person was her dog, Belle.
Evelyn is survived by her brother, Bobby; son, Larry; daughter, Lori May; grandchildren: Carrielynn, Michael and Jeffrey; great-granddaughter, Angelina; and her beloved dog, Belle.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert; sisters Beverly and Earline; brother, Sonny; daughter, Leila and her parents.
