Ethel Elzea passed peacefully in her sleep at the age of 106 next to her daughters, Lorene and Denise Elzea.
Born in 1913 she witnessed 100 years of world changes from oil lamps for light, horse and buggy for travel, and party-line wind-up telephones to computer phones, computer cars and voice activated commands to operate one’s life.
She was and is so loved by all those who knew her and were blessed by her presence. She was generous, loving, kind-hearted and eagerly helped out whenever asked. She was an amazing, talented woman and will be missed by all.
She will forever live in the hearts of her daughters, Denise and Lorene; grandchildren, Yurie, Vicky, Audie, and Zachary; and great-granddaughter Azelia.
