Elsie Gloor Rezac, age 90, of Grants Pass, died Saturday, July 5, 2014 at Royale Gardens Health & Rehabilitation Center.
A memorial service will be at 10:00 a.m., Friday, August 1, 2014 at Hull & Hull Funeral Directors with Chaplain Jamie Wilson officiating. Private interment will be at Hawthorne Memorial Gardens.
Elsie was born October 20, 1923 in Spalding, Nebraska to Otto & Emma (Mueller) Gloor. On August 29, 1946 in Council Bluffs, Iowa she married Edward Rezac. In 1971 she moved from Grand Island, Nebraska to Grants Pass. She owned and operated Probst Flower Shop from 1979 to 2012 when she retired.
Elsie was a life member of the Grants Pass Emblem Club and the Benevolent Patriotic Order of Does, Drove #147 in Grand Island, Nebraska.
Her hobbies included reading, gardening and crocheting.
Survivors include five daughters, Susan Ellermeier of Overland Park, Kansas, Janet McDowell of Glendale, Arizona, Nancy McLean, Patricia Rezac-Weaver and Michelle Button all of Grants Pass, Oregon; a sister, Clara Enbody of Atkinson, Nebraska; seven grandchildren; and two great-granddaughters.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Rezac, a son, John Rezac; and a daughter, Gloria Hamik.
