Edward Glenn Yadon Sr, 67, of Grants Pass, died Wednesday, May 17, 2006 at his home.
Family services will be held. Southern Oregon Cremation Services are in charge of arrangements.
He was born February 6, 1939 in Kirksville, Missouri and moved to Grants Pass in his younger years. He served in the National Guard. On November 7, 1990 in Grants Pass he married Wanona Williams. He worked for Litton Industries for 13 years as a custodian and security guard. He most recently worked for Brown’s Arco on the corner of 7th & M Streets for three years.
He especially loved river rafting and his nickname on the river was “Rogue Runner.” He also enjoyed talking on his CB with “catfish” as his handle as well as enjoyed jewelry making and wood burning.
In addition to his wife, Wanona Yadon of Grants Pass; he is survived three sons, Jason Williams of Christmas Valley; Gerald Yadon and Edward Yadon Jr both of Grants Pass; and two sisters, Dee Crawford of Branson, Missouri and Fran Vanlier of Grants Pass.
