Earl Ray Campbell

Earl Ray Campbell, age 78, of Grants Pass, died Sunday, October 12, 2014 at Three Rivers Medical Center.

No services are planned. Hull & Hull Funeral Directors are in charge of arrangements.

Earl was born December 27, 1935 in Barstow, California to Frank & Pauline Campbell. He moved from LaCrescenta, California to Grants Pass 14 years ago.

Earl was an amateur weatherman who loved sports and woodcrafting and was an avid Oregon Ducks fan.

Earl was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. Survivors include his wife, Jana Clare Campbell of Grants Pass; a daughter, Barbara Lynn Lineaweaver of LaCrescenta; a son, James Franklin Campbell of Grants Pass; a son-in-law, Robert Charles Lineaweaver of LaCrescenta; a daughter-in-law, Vanessa Jennifer Waterbury of Grants Pass; four grandchildren, Kasandra Rene Lineaweaver, Robert Earl Lineaweaver, and Amanda Sue Lineaweaver all of LaCrescenta and Bryndlynne Clare Campbell of Grants Pass; and a sister, Barbara Perkins of Irving, Texas.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and two brothers, Harold Bennet Campbell and Carl Russell Campbell.
