Dorothy Lucille (Colby) Brown

Dorothy Lucille Brown, 91, of Grants Pass, died January 10, 2016.

Family graveside services will be held. Hull and Hull Funeral Directors are in charge of arrangements.

Dorothy was born in 1924, at Missoula, Montana, and moved to the Rogue Valley at the age of eight weeks. She attended Rogue River and Grants Pass schools, and on March 12, 1942, married
J. Wesley Brown, who died in 1988. She married Bob Colby on March 22, 1993. He passed away in 1995.

Dorothy enjoyed painting, camping, fishing, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends.

She is survived by two daughters, Cheryl Brown of Grants Pass, and Zandra Brown (husband James Jablonski) of Olympia, Washington; three step children, Mark and Dan Colby, and Heather Rainey; two grandchildren and one great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by a son, Stephen Brown and a stepson, Bob Colby.
