Dean Lewis Allman

Dean Lewis Allman, age 64, of Rogue River, died Monday, February 23, 2009 at his home.

A memorial service will be at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, February 28, 2009 at Hull & Hull Chapel with Pastor Mark Skudstad officiating. Private interment will be at Woodville Cemetery. Hull & Hull Funeral Directors are in charge of arrangements.

Dean was born January 7, 1945 in Glendale, California to Alva & Alice Allman. On December 3, 1966 in Canoga Park, California he married Kathleen Sauer. In 1973 he moved from Simi Valley, California to Rogue River. From 1973 to 1980 he was a truck driver and from 1980 until present he owned and operated a transportation company.

He attended Edgewater Christian Fellowship and was a member of a Christian Motorcycle Association.

He loved fishing, hunting, motorcycling, and working in his yard. He especially enjoyed being with his family.

In addition to his wife, Kathleen Allman of Rogue River; he is survived by three daughters, Deanna Jones of Medford, Natalie Hocking of Medford, and Annette Allman of Venus, California; a son, Joshua Allman of Central Point; a sister, Teri Lira of Portland; and five grandchildren.
