Clifford Shaye Hoke

Clifford Shaye Hoke, age 47, of Grants Pass, died Sunday, October 19, 2008 at his home.

A memorial service will be at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, October 25, 2008 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints with President Ken Brinkerhoff officiating. Hull & Hull Funeral Directors are in charge of arrangements.

He was born January 9, 1961 in Conneaut, Ohio. He lived in Ashtabula, Ohio until 1966 when his family moved to Modesto, California. In 1979 he graduated from Modesto High School. On May 19, 1995 he married Traci Cullum. She had a son and he had a daughter and together they had another son and daughter. In 2007 they moved from Modesto to Grants Pass.

He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Riverside Ward.

He liked fishing and spending time with family.

In addition to his wife, Traci Hoke of Grants Pass; he is survived by four children, Marrisa Hoke of Orland, California, Jeffrey Cullum, Richard Hoke, and Makayla Hoke all of Grants Pass; his parents, Richard & Shelley Hoke of Modesto; three sisters, Sheila Jackson, Sandy Bennett, and Sharon Quigley; a brother, Jack Hoke all of Modesto, California; a grandmother, Frances Goodall of Ronceverte, West Virginia; and one grandchild.

He was preceded in death by a brother, Kelly Hoke and a sister, Linda Hoke.
