Cheryl Ann "Cheri" Mcginnis

Cheryl Ann “Cheri” McGinnis, age 54, of Grants Pass, died Sunday, November 22, 2009 at Three Rivers Community Hospital.

A memorial service will be at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, November 25, 2009 at Reinhart Volunteer Park (formerly All Sports Park) 1690 Webster Road. Hull & Hull Funeral Directors are in charge of arrangements.

Cheri was born October 5, 1955 in Las Vegas, Nevada. She attended high school in Simi Valley, California. In the early 1970s she moved from California to Grants Pass. She later lived in Hawaii and Alaska before returning to Grants Pass.

She enjoyed singing, playing the guitar, and spending time with her grandchildren.

Survivors include a daughter, Jayme Carter of Grants Pass; her mother, Betty Garcia of Fort Mohave, Arizona; her father, Don McGinnis of Reseda, California; four sisters; two brothers; three grandchildren, Damariea Taylor, Kadence Carter and Zane Amaral-Carter all of Grants Pass.
