Charles M Reich

Former Grants Pass resident, Charles M. Reich, age 93, of Medford died December 8, 2024 at his home.

Charles “Chuck” Reich was born January 17, 1931 in Lewistown, Pennsylvania to Charles W. and Faye A. Reich. On August 29, 1953, he married Jean Nenninger of Belsano, Pennsylvania. In March 2014 Chuck and Jean moved to Grants Pass from Eugene where they had resided for 47 years. The couple moved to Medford in recent years.

Chuck’s professional careers included four years as an officer in the Air Force, 13 years combined teaching at Penn State and the University of Oregon, and 20 years as a research and planning consultant in his own business.

Survivors include three children, Lani Jean Graven of Ashland, Oregon, Tami Lee Niemczyk of La Grange, Kentucky, and Greg William Reich of Grants Pass, Oregon; five grandchildren, and seven great grandchildren. Jean, his loving wife of 70 years, died before him on February 15, 2024.
