Cecil Ray Glenn, age 77, of Grants Pass, died Saturday, April 28, 2012 at his home.
A viewing will be from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 8, 2012 at Hull & Hull Funeral Directors.
A funeral service will be at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, May 9, 2012 at Hull & Hull Chapel

Cecil was born September 20, 1934 in Quinton, Oklahoma. He attended Arcata High School and at age 17 he joined the United States Navy and served in the Korean War. While serving in the Navy he achieved his GED. He later served many years in the United States Coast Guard. In 1977 he moved from Lebanon, Oregon to Grants Pass. He was a GM mechanic for many years and after moving to Grants Pass he took a job as a bus mechanic and was a driver when needed with District 7 School District, retiring in 1980. In 1980 he married Marjorie Woolsey.
He was a member of Christian Singles.
His hobbies included target practicing, jeeping, fishing, camping, cruising the mountains on his motor bike. He especially loved riding his street motorcycle.
Survivors include two sons, Cecil Glenn of Susanville, California and Jay Walden of Reno, Nevada; a brother, Robert Glenn of Las Gatos, California; and sister, Lahoma Brazil of Nebraske; and a grandchild, Shelbi Raymond.
Preceding him in death was his wife Marjorie Woolsey on July 8, 2008.
