Caroline "Louise" Latham

Louise Caroline Latham, age 93, of Grants Pass, died Friday, January 28, 2011 at Highland House Nursing & Rehabilitation Center.

A memorial mass will be at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, February 12, 2011 at St. Anne Catholic Church. Hull & Hull Funeral Directors are in charge of arrangements.

She was born January 5, 1918 in Colfax, Saskatchewan, Canada. On May 9, 1942 in Lewiston, Idaho she married, J.B. Latham. She moved to Grants Pass 56 years ago. She worked as a registered nurse at Josephine General Hospital and Mariola Nursing Home.

Her hobbies included watching television, gardening, and fishing. She loved her cats.

Survivors include a son, James M. Latham; two sisters, Dorothy & Ruthie; a brother, Fred Schilling; five grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, J.B. Latham; and two children, Patrick A. Latham and Midge K. Latham.
