Burnie J. Clark Wilson, age 91, of Grants Pass, died November 24, 2018 at his home.
Burnie was born November 4, 1927 in Los Angeles, California. During World War II he proudly served in the United States Army. He moved from Playa del Rey, California to Grants Pass in 1983.
He enjoyed restoring classic cars, hunting, fishing, and traveling.
Survivors include his wife, Sharon Kay Holmer-Wilson of Grants Pass, Oregon; children, Carol Wilson Lester of Grants Pass, Burnie Wilson of Wickenburg, Arizona, Jan Combs, Mary Wilson and Patti Wilson all of Grants Pass and Debbie Wilson of Hollywood Beach, California and three grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren
He was preceded in death by his parents Paul & Ida Wilson; sisters, Catherine Wilson DeLyle and Pauline Wilson Trusty; brothers Clyde Wilson and Thomas Wilson and first wife Mary Dunegan-Wilson.
A celebration of life will be planned in the near future.
