Brittney Diane Main, age 26, passed away Friday, March 17, 2023 at Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center with her family by her side.
Brittney was born July 8, 1996 in Jerome, Idaho to Mike and Carla Main. Her parents moved the family from Albuquerque, New Mexico to Grants Pass in August 2003.
Britney grew up in Grants Pass where she attended Redwood Elementary School, South Middle School, graduated from Grants Pass High School in 2014 and attended Rogue Community College in Grants Pass.
Britney loved her family more than anything. She was so proud of her sister Amber, and her nieces Brooklyn and Emma. In addition to her family, she loved her dog, Piglet who never left her side.
Brittney was extremely kindhearted, outgoing, nurturing and caring. Her life ambition/dream was to become an ER trauma nurse. Brittney had several part-time employments, but enjoyed childcare/daycare the most. Brittney’s health limited her ability to reach her goals in life.
Her hobbies included reading, cooking, baking, fishing, traveling and spending time on the Oregon Coast with family and friends.
Family and friends will miss her wonderful personality. She will be remembered as a loving, caring person whose life was a gift to all who knew her.
Brittney is survived by her parents Mike and Carla Main of Grants Pass; brother Christopher Robbins of Indianapolis, Indiana; sister Amber Main; nieces Brooklyn and Emma Freeman; and grandparents Gary and Barbara Main all of Grants Pass.
She was preceded in death by her grandpa Carl Stork; great-grandma Margaret Kelley; aunt Wendy Kjorstad; and great-aunt Elin McIntosh.
The family would like to invite all that knew Brittney to her celebration of life on Saturday, April 15, 2023 at 11:00 a.m., at Edgewater Christian Fellowship in Grants Pass.
