Bonnie Lynne Johnson, age 61, of Cave Junction, died Sunday, December 27, 2015 at Rogue Regional Medical Center after a long battle with cancer.
Bonnie was born August 23, 1954 in Hood River, Oregon. On October 7, 2006 in Turlock, California, she married Edward Johnson. In 2012, they moved from Modesto, California to Cave Junction.
Bonnie’s hobbies included golfing and refinishing old furniture.
Survivors include her husband, Edward Johnson; son, Dustin Hakala of Portland, Oregon; sister and brother-in-law, Barb and Hal Hausinger of Parkdale, Oregon; brother and sister-in-law, Mike & Leanna Hakala of Gresham, Oregon; stepchildren, James, Matt, Mark and Nichole, all of Modesto, California; grandchildren, Cierra of Seaside, Oregon and Taydn of Portland, Oregon and numerous nephews of Oregon.
Preceding her in death were her parents, William and Lorane Hakala and a brother, Bill Hakala.
