Billy "Bill" Monday

Billy “Bill” Monday, age 80, of Grants Pass, died February 2, 2025 at Asante Three Rivers Medical Center.

Bill was born in Granite Oklahoma to Jim Duggins and Alice Hester (Wright). He was the second youngest of seven children - Gwendolyn Lucille, Jimmie Lee, Bobby Leon, Charles David, Patricia Evelyn and Sally Ann. He is survived by his highschool sweetheart and wife of 60 years Jennifer (Hankins), brother Charles of Central Point, sister Sally Lang of Shady Cove and many nephews and nieces. He owned and operated Bill's Metric Motors for 35 years, keeping many loyal VW owners happy. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping and rock hounding. He made beautiful jewelry - cutting, polishing and setting the stones into findings, many of which he made himself. He made an impression on everyone he met, always finding a common interest. He will be missed. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
