Billie Jean Anthony, age 80, of Cave Junction, died Thursday, February 14, 2013 at Highland House Nursing & Rehabilitation Center.
No services are planned. Southern Oregon Cremation Services are in charge of arrangements.

Billie was born November 22, 1932 in South Gate, California. She grew up in San Jacinto, Riverside County, California. In April 1976 she moved from California to Cave Junction. From 1976 to 1988 she worked for the Josephine County School District until a home injury to her leg forced her retirement.
Billie was one of the nine original members that started the I.V. Bikers Toy Run.
Her hobbies included sewing, camping, fishing, crabbing, and spending the summer at the Oregon coast at Brookings-Harbor. She especially loved her family and friends.
Survivors include a son, Rodney J Sharp; daughter-in-law, Laura; grandson, Cody and granddaughter, Keyla all of Cave Junction.
She was preceded in death by her father; her mother; and her brother.
