Beverly Mae Mumford

Beverly Mae Mumford, age 90, of Grants Pass, died Thursday, July 22, 2010 at Highland House Nursing & Rehabilitation Center.

No services are planned. Hull & Hull Funeral Directors are in charge of arrangements.

Beverly was born May 4, 1920 in Somerville, Massachusetts to Marion Augusta Beaty Barbour & Arthur Alexander Barbour. She married Robert Wade Hudson who was killed in action in March 1951 while serving in Korea. She later married Lyle Wardell Mumford, who preceded her in death in March 1993. In 1994 she moved from Homeland, California to Grants Pass.

Survivors include a stepson, Robert Wade Hudson Jr of Bend, Oregon; a son, Jay Walter Hudson of Grants Pass, Oregon; two brothers, Arthur Alexander Barbour of Trevett, Maine and Charles Alvan Barbour of Friendship, Maine; and several step-grandchildren and step-greatgrandchildren.

In addition to her husbands, she was preceded in death by her parents.
