Bernice Colebank Klingel Hart, age 91, of Grants Pass, died Wednesday, April 3, 2008 at an adult foster home.
No services are planned. Southern Oregon Cremation Services are in charge of arrangements.

Bernice was born June 21, 1916 in Sidney, Iowa. In 1947 she moved from Mankato, Minnesota to Grants Pass. She owned small businesses for many years from Cave Junction to Grants Pass. Bernice was “Like No Other” hard working, old school, individualist with a personality that was bigger than life, ever optimistic, always entertaining and forever humorous. Recently she moved into a loving foster care home and was cared for by the wonderful staff at Lovejoy Hospice. She will be remembered for her witty sense of humor.
Her hobbies included reading and crossword puzzles.
Survivors include eight children, Royalynne Hillyard, of San Jose, California; Kenneth Colebank of Haltom City, Texas; Diane Rissell of Montrose, Minnesota; James Colebank of Dunnellon, Florida; Sharon Rohlfing of Grants Pass, Barbara Klingel of Cave Junction, Michael Klingel and Patrick Klingel, both of Palm Desert, California and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husbands, Mr. Colebank, Mr. Klingel and Mr. Hart; brother, Merril Jenkins and sister, Erma Loucks.
