Barry Allen Russell

Barry Allen Russell, age 36, of Grants Pass, died Tuesday, August 12, 2014 at his home.

A celebration of life will be at 3:00 p.m., Monday, August 18, 2014 at 635 Robertson Bridge Road, Grants Pass. Hull & Hull Funeral Directors are in charge of arrangements.

Barry was born February 5, 1978 in Phoenix, Arizona. After moving to the Rogue Valley 30 years ago, he attended schools in Rogue River and in 1996 graduated from Rogue River High School. As a teenager he worked in his father’s print shop. After graduating he spent time in Phoenix, Arizona where he obtained his commercial truck driver’s license. On April 20, 2010 in Grants Pass he married Rebecca Denney.

Barry enjoyed working on cars, playing pool, building RC cars, and building other things including a lawnmower and bicycle.

Survivors include his wife, Becki Russell of Grants Pass, Oregon; two sons, Robert Work of Grants Pass, Oregon and Justin Denney of Ontario, Oregon; his parents, John & Sylvia Russell; a sister, Amanda Russell; a brother, Logan Russell all of Grants Pass, Oregon; a granddaughter, Ona Starr; and six nieces and nephews.
