Arline Marietta Lindh

Arline Marietta Lindh, age 85, of Grants Pass, died Thursday, October 27, 2011 at Royale Gardens Health and Rehabilitation Center.

A graveside service will be at 1:00 p.m., Monday, October 31, 2011 at Hawthorne Memorial Gardens with a gathering to follow at Jean & Art’s. Hull & Hull Funeral Directors are in charge of arrangements.

Memorial donations may be made to Alzheimer’s Association, Oregon Trail Chapter, 1311 NW 21st Avenue, Portland Oregon 97209.

Arline was born April 11, 1926 in Bend, Oregon to Arthur & Minnie Lindh. In 1935 her family moved from Bend, Oregon to Grants Pass. She attended Pickett Creek School and was a graduate of Grants Pass High School, Class of 1944.

She was a member of the Red Squirrels Motor Cycle Club and enjoyed riding with her brothers.

In addition to riding with her brothers, her hobbies included reading, music, singing and going on drives around the countryside. She especially enjoyed her family, family gatherings and potlucks.

Survivors include two brothers, Elmer Lester Lindh and Arthur Lindh Jr., both of Grants Pass and many nieces and nephews.
